Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This policy explains how Recova Partners ("we," "us," "Recova Partners") collects, uses, and protects information, both for people who visit this website, and for the customer data of businesses that use our services.

Who we are

Recova Partners is operated by Will Scholl, based in Katy, Texas. You can reach us anytime at wscholl@recovapartners.com.

Information we collect from website visitors

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, which may include your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can learn more about how Google handles this data at Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling feature, and any information you provide (name, email, and anything you write in the booking form) is subject to Google's own privacy policy in addition to this one. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email.

Information we collect on behalf of client businesses

When a business becomes a Recova Partners client, we may handle two categories of data on their behalf, strictly to provide the service they've signed up for:

This data belongs to our client businesses, not to Recova Partners. We process it solely to deliver the visitor-identification and lead-delivery service they've engaged us for.

How we use this information

Client customer data is used only to suppress existing customers from identified-visitor leads, as contracted by the client. Identified-visitor data is used only to route leads back to the client's team. We do not use client data for our own marketing, and we do not combine one client's data with another's.

What we don't do

Data retention and deletion

Client customer data is retained only for the duration of our active engagement with that client. Upon request, or upon termination of services, we will delete client data from our systems. If you are a customer of one of our client businesses and want to know what data has been processed about you, please contact that business directly, as they remain the data controller. We act on their behalf.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we handle, including limiting access to what's necessary to deliver the service. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we do not take data handling lightly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows, for example if we add new tools like website analytics. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this happens.

Note: This policy is written in plain language to accurately describe our current data practices. As Recova Partners grows and takes on more clients, we periodically review it to make sure it stays aligned with applicable state and industry-specific data protection requirements.
